I wish you a wonderful, peaceful Christmas.
May all your wishes come true.
And may all your family members love and respect you with all your "quirks" and "imperfections".

For me it's the most sad Christmas of my life.
I'm vegan since May and it's like a family tragedy.
My parents don't understand it, don't want it, don't accept it, don't tolerate it...

Tons of carp and sauerkraut with bacon on Christmas Eve.
Beef rolls and fried red cabbage with bacon and butter-sauce on Christmas Day.
Cheese cake for dessert.
To eat masses of animal protein is a Christmas tradition.
I don't know what to do.
I feel sick.
My stomach aches when I'm thinking of what will happen when I don't eat...
But I'll surely be ill when I do. 
I'm sad and in despair.


It's the Christmas decoration in my kitchen.

Amazing.
I planted the pit on August 17 and that's how it looked like a week ago and the day before yesterday.
It grows very fast since I first noticed the germling inside the pit.
Wonderful.
It's about 1,7 inches now.
I love it.
It makes me smile every time I watch it.
I need to find a name for him.
I'm sure it's a boy.
I photographed him with my Blackberry.
I didn't want to scare him with my big camera.

Everything grows. I need your help.

My little apple tree grows.

It's almost three months old now.

And my hair grows too.

It's almost seven years old now.

„Only“ seven years...

However the haircut is more than twenty years old.

And... maybe it's stupid... but since a couple of weeks I'm thinking about a drastic change.

I'm bored of long hair. 

The braids, buns, ponytails...

I even bought me a short wig to look different for a day. 

A really nice one.

And the result of this stupid mispurchase was that I discovered that I'm allergic to wigs. 

Or the hair. 

Or the chemicals that are used to color wigs... I don't know.

*LOL*

And some weeks ago I cut my hair about 8 inches shorter but this didn't help. 

It still looks the same.

And I don't want to look the same as I did when I was twelve anymore...

You can see HERE how my hair looks like exactly at this moment.

And I can't wear it undone because it's disturbing. 

Especially at work.

And in the kitchen.

And when I'm painting.

Or making photos.

Or... almost always.

I'm simply not a top model who stands or sits around in a picture.

I watched many „From long to short“ videos on YT and...

I'm vegan since May and two months ago I noticed that I started to see the world in a different light.
I always loved nature but now I discover more of its beauty than I did before.
I'm more spiritual and it feels like I know myself better.
I found answers for many questions I was asking myself for years.
It's an interesting journey...

He came here to console me.
I had a bad car accident yesterday.
Again.
The third accident with this car.
A MINI.
It seems to be cursed or something.
My parents  (quite superstitious) advised me to sell it and buy a new one because it brought me bad luck from the first day on.
And the repair would cost almost as much as an employee's car.
I'm a passionate MINI driver so it'll be a MINI again but I'll ask my MINI dealer for a lucky color.
What do you think?
Red? Was my first MINI, with white top.
Yellow? Lemon on wheels, matches my new vegan lifestyle.
Eggshell white? No... not a vegan color *lol*.

The headache and dizziness are gone. I don't need a doctor, I think.

Did I mention here that I have a wonderful new job?
That's why I disappeared for a while.
The first weeks in a new job are always difficult but I feel integrated into the team now.
I brought tons of dried fruit to the office on my first day and they ate them all up in less than four hours.
I think they want more, that's why they are so kind to me :-).

I always try to see things positive.
I had a bad accident but I'm alive and will have a new car (of necessity :-).
And this time with rally stripes!

But I like her. She is special, different from others and never boring.
She begged me not to paint her freckles.
I didn't, but I like her freckles.
I always wanted to have some.

I love her and I love this movie.
Liza Minnelli was born to perform this character.
I watched "Cabaret" about 500 times. First time when I was a little child.
But my parents - of course - allowed me to watch only a few short parts of it.
Now I have it on DVD. And I bought me a video projector and a huge screen some years ago to make me feel like watching it at the cinema in 1972.

Eating, painting, enjoying 4 days off !

My weekend started today and I really need it.
While painting I had the rest of my yesterday's soup (Watch my video please - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJpUcKsTguA - and try the recipe. It's SO healthy, tastes fantastic and afterwards you feel full of energy like a newborn!) and today it was even tastier.
As it has the same color as the big butterfly I painted while eating I had to be very concentrated not to confuse soup and paint pot.
I love vibrant colors around me. And it's a wonderful experience to eat them.
And I love this asian-low table and the cushion I got from my parents. As my windows reach down to the floor it's a wonderful place for painting.

What a misfortune... on my blog's first birthday...

The big Blogger problems killed my post from Thursday, about 20 of your wonderful comments and my new design.
I posted the lost post again and renewed the design again but I'm sad about what happened.

Last night I asked myself if it's maybe a sign that means that I should stop this or something...that it's not only a coincidence that this happened on this special date...

You know, I sometimes believe in signs because I had some really severe misfortunes in my life, so...

I know, it's only a blog but it means so much to me.
I found friends here, wonderful persons that I hardly could meet in real life, because the world is so huge and often the person you really like, who understands you and is perfect to be your best friend lives on the other side of the globe...

This Italian tomcat made me smile when he met our poodle in Cattolica.
Horatio was really scared....*G*
